My experience as a doula and clinical training enhance my ability to support you in processing pain, exploring unmet needs from your parents, setting healthy boundaries, managing people-pleasing and codependency, and fostering a stronger sense of self. I am gentle, authentic, and direct in encouraging you to confront difficult emotions and release defenses that no longer serve you. I take a goal-oriented, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and holistic approach and welcome collaboration to ensure we work in a way that suits your unique needs and goals. I offer somatic, psychoanalytic, and psychodynamic therapy to address both emotional and embodied experiences. Additionally, I provide support with grief from miscarriage(s) and stillbirth, as well as parental and pregnancy stressors, helping you move through grief and develop healthy parenting skills.
